Her obsidian hooves though chipped in appearance held the silence captive as the fem wound her way through briars and clinging vines. Her nares opened and closed bringing in the scents of other fems unclaimed. Of course Symbol had come to be found but never to be claimed. She was not a prize to be won or found for some stallions fancy. Her dark eyes scanned the open areas before her aware of all that stood in her way. Though night time had fallen and crickets chirped loudly Symbol saw everything. Her eyesight was keener than hawks. She was Deaths Symbol to be feared.

Her long black apendages strode forth sure and easy of her surroundings but when the snap of a twig under hoof caught her slight attention she stood perfectly still her eyes darting back and forth to find the source of commotion. As a deer poked her head out from the near by bushes Symbols delicate tapered head shot forth and her teeth buried themselves in the does flesh. The weak victim pulled back in surprised and squealed in pain. Letting go of the terrified vixen Symbol stood her ground once more taking in the surroundings and doings of the nighttime. Her dear friend. Her companion that kept her hidden from dangers. In so many ways they were alike. Symbol and the night. Untold dangers lurked beneath the blackness.

The silver traveler broke through the clouds in the night sky blazing in all her glory lighting up the darkened corners that Symbol loved to haunt so much. Lighting Symbols way the moon brought her to a clearing its silver light dancing upon dew drops upon the grass. The gurgling of a stream let Symbol know that aqua was in this place but the sudden rush of a wind brought her the knowledge of danger. Trotting forth she stopped upon the edge of the hole. It would be a danger but danger lurked everywhere and Symbol had learned to love its call. Rearing up on her hind legs the moon glinting off of her sending out silver aura of beams, Symbol struck out at the sky her hooves ripping for the moon. She screamed out a challenge to all those that wish to interfere with her. She would be lead fea of this land if it killed her.
